The egg yolk is the most valuable part of the egg. High-quality proteins and the minerals calcium, phosphorus and iron, as well as vitamins A, B and E make it an important nutrient source. With pasteurised Eifix egg yolk, egg dishes such as mayonnaise, desserts and ice cream can be produced safely, easily and absolutely hygienically – even without heating, it’s guaranteed aseptic and salmonella-free.
